Every order is packed and shipped from Whistler, British Columbia, with care and attention to detail. We appreciate your support and are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During new product launches, limited releases, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll keep you updated via email.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Free Local Delivery – Whistler, BC

We're proud to call Whistler home and offer FREE local delivery within the Whistler area.

Local Delivery Details

  • Free local delivery is available on all eligible orders within Whistler, British Columbia.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after processing.
  • We'll contact you via email to arrange a suitable delivery time if required.
  • If you won't be home, you can request a safe place for your order to be left.

If your address qualifies for local delivery, this option will automatically appear during checkout.


Shipping Within Canada

We ship throughout Canada using trusted courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • British Columbia: 1–3 business days
  • Western Canada: 2–5 business days
  • Eastern Canada: 4–8 business days

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


United States Shipping

We proudly ship across the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 5–10 business days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged by their local authorities.


International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Roost & Ridge cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
